Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Automation Engineer with experience in integrating automation solutions within the PEB industry. The role involves streamlining processes across design, detailing, manufacturing, and project coordination using advanced automation tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation strategies across PEB engineering and manufacturing operations.
Develop and improve automated systems for entire production facility by reducing manpower & add automation to improve efficiency.
Optimize factory machinery and process flows to improve productivity, accuracy, and reduce wastage.
Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to identify bottlenecks and implement digital/automation solutions.
Provide training and support to internal teams on new tools and systems.
Ensure all automation solutions adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
3–10 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in steel structures, fabrication, or PEB industry.
Proficiency in automation software, scripting, and integration of CAD/CAM with ERP/production systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and Industry 4.0 principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
