Job Overview: ecopeb is seeking experienced and dedicated MIG & ARC Welders to join our fabrication unit in Palwal. This is a full-time position suited for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on welding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and ARC welding operations as per fabrication drawings
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ensure high-quality welds in structural steel and metal assemblies
Conduct basic inspection and quality control of welds
Maintain safety standards and follow company protocols
Collaborate with the fabrication team for smooth workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in MIG and ARC welding
Proven experience in heavy steel fabrication
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE usage
Physically fit to handle fabrication tasks
Team-oriented with good communication skills
